Hey, is anyone experiencing any phasing issues after rendering midi tracks in Reaper?
I've been practicing my engineering skills by using Drumgizmo with 100% bleed so I can get the hang of cleaning up the recordings my drummer would do in a much better way.
An older song that I guess was a little too hard for him to play so I decided to use the midi tracks. After spending hours fixing up the drums and getting it right, I rendered it and then when loading it into Mixbus32 to be mixed, I get the worst phasing sound kind of like are you going to go my way break down in Lenny kravitz's song. No matter how much reversing of the polarity and everything I do it doesn't change. Taking the same midi track and then rendering it in ardour, it turns out perfect.
Tried rendering the same midi in Muse4 and no issues.
Anyone else experiencing issues with Reaper when it comes to phasing?
