For Audioblast's Acidbox V2, I've made an instrument definition file. Not that you can't make one yourself, but it'll save you the trouble if you just download it. Drop it in ../MusE/instruments/ and remove .txt from the filename.
It gives midi cc control over parameters in regular midi tracks, and, via midi drum tracks, pattern change controls. Acidbox itself is a vst3, so you'll need to load that one in Carla.
