for KDE5, include Ardour fixes in KXStudio settings

I suggest KXStudio automatically add this stuff:

Although I actually prefer for "utility" windows to have the force to be "normal windows" so that I can still alt-tab to them and hide them if I want (and instead of force-stay-above, I do set-initially for that so I *can* turn that off if I want). And I separately have "dialog" windows do stay above always.
Still, I really wish I *could* get these windows to show up as windows in my task manager, and nothing I do seems to make that work.
