Livid Instruments and Linux

If anyone has been thinking about getting one of the Livid Instruments controllers, there is only limited support for Linux.
If you use it with Bitwig(and any other DAW templates) and don't plan on changing settings, you'll be fine, but the editor doesn't support Linux, according to their support people.
Any saving of settings has to e done using sysex commands, which is not something the average musician is gonna want to play with. This is especially true with the lack of a working sysex apps/librarians for linux.
