Carla Midi Control at plugin level

Hi all,
I have a question about Carla from KXStudio/falkTX:
1. Can I set a midi CC to enable/disable effects in the rack? Example would be to turn separate SF2 rack units on and off from my keyboard.
2. Can I disable any changes to left/right balance (I think its on CC#40)? I dont want to change this ever and one of my sliders on my Nektar P6 is on this number.
3. I know that setting the rack unit to 'N' will stop the changes of balance, but also effects volume. Is there a way of setting a CC# for individual volumes so I can use my sliders on my keyboard to adjust volumes of rack units independently?
