Re: Package updates in the KXStudio repositories
Judging by the quality of Luftikus, it should be a winner too.sysrqer wrote:Very nice thanks, looking forward to trying ReFine.falkTX wrote: On the distrho-plugin-ports package, 2 new plugins were added:

Ok.falkTX wrote:put requests here https://github.com/KXStudio/Repository/issues
But for padv1 I rather wait for debian to add it first, so that kxstudio packages match the ones in debian.

Re: Package updates in the KXStudio repositories
I've just been trying this out and I'm really impressed. It's very subtle to work with but it can make a huge difference. Thanks for this, definitely will be using it a lot more.falkTX wrote: https://www.kvraudio.com/product/refine-by-lkjb

Re: Package updates in the KXStudio repositories
I've got some dependency errors (Linux Mint Mate 18.2):falkTX wrote:vcvrack added.

It's currently pre-beta, so expect issues with it.
But since it's something I'm really interested in, I added a package for it already.
vcvrack:
Depende: libglew1.10 (>=1.10.0) but it is not installable
Depende: libglfw3 mas não será instalado
Depende: libzip2 (>=0.10) but it is not installable

Re: Package updates in the KXStudio repositories
ardour won't load/scan calf plugins after the last update. Are calf-ladspa and calf-plugins-git packages supposed to be installed if I have 'Calf Plugin Pack for JACK'?

Re: Package updates in the KXStudio repositories
For guitarix, that wouldn't help that much.falkTX wrote:I added a few dummy packages to have better compatibility.
(liblinuxsampler and libgxw0).
On recent distributions guitarix consist of the following packages:
guitarix, guitarix-common, guitarix-doc, guitarix-ladspa, guitarix-lv2, gxw-glade, libgxw0, libgxw-dev, libgxwmm0, libgxwmm-dev
except in gxw-glade, and maybe guitarix-doc (I don't know really), overwrites will happen in all of them.
A minimal guitarix install on such distributions is guitarix, guitarix-common, libgxw0 and libgxwmm0, I guess most people will have installed guitarix-lv2 as well.
Maybe a solution will be to mark your guitarix package as conflict with the packages above?

Re: Package updates in the KXStudio repositories
Yes, guitarix is now maintained by the multimedia team, they decided it's time to split guitarix as it is grown to much.
