Drum maps for AVL's LV2s

Hi,

I've knocked up a couple of drum maps for AVL's LV2s to use in Reaper's MIDI Sequencer Megababy. I guess they could be useful elsewhere too.

One is for the kits, the other is for the Buskman's Holiday percussion set.
