rakarrack-plus

Post by cabsi »

I love Rakarrack but it has its quirks. Interested in hearing from anyone using rakarrack-plus. Are there any repos with this packaged for Ubuntu? Will it ever replace rakarrack in the usual repos? (KX, Ubuntu, Arch, etc).

i5 9600K - Kubuntu 22.04 - Ardour 7.5 - Rakarrack - Calf plugins

Is there a link to the repository? I've only ever heard of rakarrack. Does Rakarrack-plus support high resolution scaling (hidpi)? That's a key point that determines if I get to use an app or not.

https://github.com/thoth-amon/rakarrack ... /tag/1.2.3 Try this for the LV2 binary. Let me know if it works or not. @Audiojunkie Both original and plus scale the sliders when you resize the window and you set the text size in the preferences manually. However, rakarrack plus text has a larger maximum size and also an extra checkbox in the setting to help scaling.

I was having a go at doing the whole thing but I managed to chown a large part of my system files I shouldn't of, so now's the time to give opensuse tumbleweed a go I think
