Pipewire/JACK port and device selection issues.

Post by mfny »

Hi all

Am new to audio on Linux and this issue is giving me a headache.

My distro is Void Linux. And have Pipewire installed along with Pipewire-Jack.

I can not seem to find a way to select the correct input port when creating a audio track in Reaper, my audio interface is a SSL2+ and the only inputs i see are the digital stereo inputs and I want the analog inputs. I can not see any way in for example QJackctl to change the default ports, only the default device.

So how do I make it so I can see the analog audio ins in Reaper and not the digital audio in ?

On further examination making this more confusing is there is no digital audio in on the SSL2+ yet I see an inputs labeled Digital Audio in Reaper...

Qjackctl is to control Jack, not Pipewire? Qpwgraph is what you probably need.
