Greetings !

Just a note to let you know that the horrible noise bug has been squashed. I've had 100% success with Surge in Bitwig 2.3.5 and VCV Rack via the Host module, Surge performs very well on those hosts now. If you've tried the plugin and suffered from that bug, please update to beta8, give it a try, and be sure to let the developers know how you fare with it.

great synth surge, i used it on ubuntu studio 18.04.2 and various daw :wink:

I didn't experience the bug but I'm so happy to see development of this, it's such a great synth.

The binary from github may or may not work on your system, I haven't checked it here. I build it from source on Fedora 23, it works fine.

The next version (after beta 8) supports exact slider movement through Menu->Mouse Behavior.
It makes Surge much more precise / pleasant to use on Linux systems. Check it out! It's in the nightly build already:

Is the locale bug fixed (presets not working on non-english computers) ?
