This shouldn't be happening. How can I get to the bottom of this? What information do you all need to help me? I'd be super grateful!!

Install the script from here: https://github.com/raboof/realtimeconfigquickscan

by executing in a terminal (without root)

Code: Select all

git clone git://github.com/raboof/realtimeconfigquickscan.git
cd realtimeconfigquickscan
perl ./realTimeConfigQuickScan.pl
Then post the output here.

Are you using Jack, Alsa, what DAW, which Distro?

We need a bit more information.

- How are your parameters for jackd?
- What software do you use?
- Have you tried different USB ports? On my notebook PC there is a bad and a good port.
