My audio experimentations :)
Hello,
I have been using Linux for a long time and also doing music for a while (but i'm not a good musician). I had a break during a few years... Mostly because i was taking care of the children I'm really impressed by the way Linux audio production software have evolved in the meantime !
I'm using Ardour, Calf stuff, Zynaddsufx, Helm, Sunvox, Puredata, Guitarix, misc lv2 plugins and some free VSTs on Ubuntu Xenial + kxstudio (great !).
Here are my experimentations :

Cheers

Re: My audio experimentations :)
Hello and thanks !
Happy to hear whenever someone appreciate my stuff !
I'm not following any style in fact. Just following my ears
I used to listen to a lot new wave music (The Cure, Depeche Mode, Sisters of Mercy, Joy Division, The Smiths and so on). Now, i'm mostly listening to various stuff on Soundclound, Dogmazic and Bandcamp (no style in particular).
Cheers

Hello and thanks !ufug wrote:Nicely done. I appreciate the vibe in the music and the humorous titles too I look forward to listening to them all!
I will continue to produce some stuff but in the meantime, i would really like to improve the mixing and the mastering. I'm not very good with that.
I will work on the tracks that I prefer in the near future.
Cheers

I thinks that some of my next productions might be even more punky in the future42low wrote:That's indeed what i thought i heard.elerale wrote:I used to listen to a lot new wave music (The Cure, Depeche Mode, Sisters of Mercy, Joy Division, The Smiths and so on).
But the 'alternative' tends to go slightly to 'punky' too.
