Keyboard affectation

Post by saturnin51 »

Could it be possible to set the numeric pad for the cursor moves ?
Home/End: Cursor at the begennig/End of the track
7: Left point marker
9: Right point marker
3: Move left by step
1: Move right by step
0: set up recording
Enter: Start recording
. (dot): Stop recording
Space: Start/Stop playback

Thank you.

Sorry about that. Could you file it as an issue on our github issues page so that it doesn't get lost?
I'll mark it as feature request.
At the moment my own plate is full of tasks.

Yeah, what Tim said. A ticket is good for remembering these types of requests.

To sort of answer your question, it was a while since I had a keyboard with a numeric part so not specifically interested in those keys myself ;)

But I am a big advocate for keyboard shortcuts and all the ones we have in MusE should be user-definable so people can create their own workflow.
