shortcut to rename parts

Post by emillo »

Maybe I'm dumb, but for the life of me I cannot find a shortcut to rename parts in the arranger window, and it's a common operation that would quite speed up the workflow rather than doing it by right clicking with the mouse. I'm missing something?

Thanks and keep up the great work!

Hi Emiliano,

long time no see! :)

I couldn't find such a shortcut but I've been doing some muse testing so I went and added it, together with a shortcut filter.

Hopefully we can finally get a 3.1 release out the door soon, until then the addition is in git master.

Hi Robert, yes it was a long time :) (I think it was linux audio conference 2004 in Karlshrue), hope you are doing great!

Thanks for the addition, it works perfectly!

Just a n00b question: if i do the ./compile_muse.sh script it rebuilds the whole thing from scratch, is there a way to compile just the changes?
