Open Source and the new Korg Prologue

Post by Baggypants »

Korg announced the new Prologue this week. They have an user definable oscillator feature which is described as
a open-source mode in which you can build your own user oscillator. Stock, it defaults to a morphing wavetable
Bravo Korg.

That's hardly open source, it's simply a user customizable feature that they wrongly call open source to attract attention.

Besides that at €2000 with only one LFO and without even an aftertouch keyboard it's way overpriced.
