Hi everyone,
I'm looking for a cheap (~50€) USB interface to directly plugin my guitar and use e.g. guitarix as an amp.
Does anyone have experience with the chinese Uteck guitar cube under linux?

Alternatives would be a second hand focusrite scarlett solo 1st gen.
I've tried a chinese Behringer ugc102 clone, but it doesn't seem to support instrument level input (maybe the original one does).
I'm more tending towards the scarlett which seems to be proven to work, but was curious to see if anyone has tried the uteck.
Thanks in advance!

Re: Any experiences with uteck guitar cube?
Format is fine, but I wouldn't step there before seeing the roundtrip latency measured with jack_delay.
Also, it doesn't look very class compliant, and doesn't go up to 96KHz (Guitarix still sounds slightly better at 96khz imho).
Go for the Scarlett (v2 even better if you can afford it).
If you're feeling adventurous, I remember stumbling upon this one:

It has better specs and there are at least some reports that it works under Linux.
