New Toy

Post by folderol »

I recently got a new BCF2000 controller (the one with the 8 motorised faders) and I'm actually quite astonished at just how configurable it is. Added to which it's much easier to do so from the unit itself than most others.

In particular the faders can be set as CC, Pitch Wheel or NRPN - they can also be given default settings and will move to these when that preset is called. Oh, and I'm not sure how many presets there are - I'm currently up to number 10.

There are standard TRS sockets for foot controller and foot switch, both again configurable.

The unit can also be configured for various combinations of hardware and/or usb MIDI.

Will is a very happy bunny :D
