On Yoshimi I did that with 4 addsynth reed-type voices slightly detuned from each other and with one an octave higher than the rest.

P.S.
OK, I know that's not a sampler

Did you try the 2 accordions in my nbb_organ.zip sfz collection?

There is this one but it is a melodeon/diatonic accordion so you might be missing some basses and chords for the left hand.

I don't understand how to implement these in the program's i normaly use.

You need linuxsampler to play sfz files. Carla is a nice front-end for linuxsampler and more.

Afaik, LMMS doesn't support sfz but it supports sf2. Maybe this helps?:

Ow man, i just need a wav/flac/ogg/mp3 file with a high constant tone/chord accordeon with duration of about 5 sec's or more.
Please help!! Need this one for real. :?
The link I posted had a decent sound, I used it to prototype a composition. I can tweak the samples to get the sound you want if needed

Ironically, the example you posted is incredibly distorted -- so much so that it doesn't sound like an accordion at all. It sounds like a steam whistle. (Maybe try my calliope sfz). If you want a sound with as much enharmonic overtones as that, you probably should try running an accordion sound through an overdrive effect. Then play a root, minor 2nd, and augmented 4th (C, Db, Gb) simultaneously.

SFZ files use wav or any other wave format supported. You load them in LinuxSampler and play.
