searching for free balalaika virtual instrument

Post by bartart3d »

Hi all,

I'm making an alternative music track for a creative commons animation series, for one episode of course :-).

I'd like to add a balalaika as instrument. I've been googling for one, but didn't get good results, mostly Kontakt, as expected, and non-free (both meanings). Does anyone here know of, or have a soundfont, sfz, sf2 or gig that I can use?

thanks,

Bart

I found http://techdeephouse.com/soft/samples/2 ... ormat.html

Can't say if it's usable or just a bunch of Windows-only stuff.

After following one of the links I found out it's commercial stuff, not free stuff.
