Discodsp highlife sampler now available for linux
I see that the Discodsp highlife sampler (http://www.discodsp.com/highlife/) is now available as a (native) Linux VST. This is not free or opensource. There had been a free version that was abandoned and no longer works. At any rate I think its good to have more options for samplers in linux since we have so few now. Have not tried it, but a demo is available which I'll give a whirl. The downside I see is lack of flac support (since I use flac in all my SFZs).

what kind of trouble if it was BSD-licenced?
what kind of trouble if it was BSD-licenced?
Re: Discodsp highlife sampler now available for linux
I said it was new because I don't think the commercial version of Highlife was available for linux before (but I could be wrong). Granted there was a free version available at some point, but as falktx mentioned it had become disfunctional and was abandoned.
