I have a room with a loud air conditioner about 4 feet from my microphone. I use the Subtract Mode of the ReaFIR VST Plugin from the free REAPER ReaPlugs VST plugins collection to successfully eliminate almost the entirety of the air conditioner noise. (This is a live audio setup based on VoiceMeeter Banana and Cantabile). I am very happy with the results.
I'm looking for a Linux audio plugin (preferably a free one) that performs the same function. I'm looking for something that runs natively on Linux. LV2 format would be great. (I do not want to run a Windows VST plugin using some sort of emulation.)
Are there any audio plugins that run natively on Linux that can perform a similar task to ReaFIR Subtract Mode? Thank you.
