The videos look nice.
It is GPL3, but the build process is tedious. You have to have code blocks and then start a python script that even failed for me. My motivation is not big enough to try. But if someone else wants to test, fix, submit patches or fork and port or whatever I would certainly not complain.
For me those tools are not only scientific tools but educational tools, sometimes even a part of a multimedia (video) production chain. So "Why do you need this, there is already exactly one oscilloscope for Linux" is a mood point
