Is here anyone who uses Ardour togehter with Cadence / Claudia? Maybe i'm just too stupid but I wonder how to prevent re-connecting tracks automatically in Ardour.
Somehow Claudia seems to remember connections done in Ardour and reconnects outputs and inputs automatically. In Ardour I have set "Connect track inputs" and "Connect track and bus outputs" already to manually. But every time I add e.g. a midi track in Ardour all other track outputs are routed to the master again.
The problem is well explained here: https://community.ardour.org/node/15374
Is there any trick or a preferred "self connect mode" in the Jack engine setting?
If it's unclear I can post some screenshots, etc. ...
Thanks for clarifying this as it drives me really crazy.

Re: Ardour / Claudia connection issue
Is it possible to use Cadence without Claudia and how to do that?
edit: Ok... when I don't load any Studio it does work, although when I open Claudia there seem to be an automatically started studio.

Re: Ardour / Claudia connection issue
@falkTX: thanks... it works now.. I was confused, because even when I don't load a session in Claudia there's a studio name shown on the left site of Claudia. Or is closing Claudia also closing the Studio? I thought it's always running in the background.
