Package request etiquette

Post by finotti »

Just a question about package request etiquette: I went to Github to (humbly) request a package. (Muse 3.0, in this case, but I also ask for future reference.) I saw that there was already a package request for it.

My question is if a "me too" post is irrelevant and just adds noise (so it might be bad etiquette) or if a show of more interest adds weight to the request. What would the developer prefer?

Thanks for the reply and information! (And for all your work!) I've added my "me too".
