Ardour 5.x offline manual ? Where get it ? Where request feature ?

Is there an offline reference manual for Ardour 5.x ? And if not I want to ask where to request the feature - Ardour team or the KXstudio packagers ?
DAW software that you often use without wireless / internet connection in order to avoid performance problems and jackd xruns should in my opinion always be packaged with offline docs. The same applies to my case where I sometimes record "in the field" with no internet at all.

OK, seems there is not offline manual. I have posted a feature request on the Ardour bug tracker now.
