One specification KXStudio doesn't uphold is the engineering "Iron Triangle" https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Project_m ... t_triangle: somehow, falktx is able to deliver good AND fast AND cheap. :D

Ask for volunteers to write up the docs
Perhaps a Wiki project for KXStudio where people can start documenting usage, functionality and so on.
Some Focal / 20.04 audio packages and resources https://midistudio.groups.io/g/linuxaudio

I would say the correct term is "passion." When you have a passion for something, it shows.

Btw, the "iron triangle" is just more talk on how to maximize profit and make the workers think they're doing something good.
It is used to illustrate that project management success is measured by the project team's ability to manage the project, so that the expected results are produced while managing time and cost.
Boss gets richer quicker, with fewer but harder workers.

be careful,

every big, top manager, boss, whoever, is pretty successful on his/her own way of pathos...

no wonder in some psychiastristic views most have so called pathological behavior.

Wow.... As a computer guy.. I have learned that computers are stupid. They only do what they are told to do and cant think for themselves. All that glitters is gold to the original poster. I have been working now with KXstudio for about three to four months and although I acknowledge that it takes some effort on my part, so does everything else in life.

This is an old thread. I don't really have anything to say about the original post, but thanks Liam for commenting because it reminded me to make a donation to FalkTX. Thanks FalkTX for KXStudio!

How am I suppose to fix something I didn't realize it was broken?
Maybe he's referring to "NOTE: Parts of this website are currently being rewritten, some links might not work at the moment."
I recommend you delete that, every website is like that. Saying it just makes it look like you're procrastinating or the project is dead. Just act like everything is perfect even if it's not quite.

Also, I notice (www.)kxstudio.net is misbehaving. Shouldn't that domain redirect to kxstudio.linuxaudio.org?

They are hard work, trying to get everything working together and all.
I have to fix other people's mistakes too, that somehow they (ubuntu, kde, kubuntu) seem to ignore.
Haha, yeah. There are enough Debian/Ubuntu distros anyway. I just use your repos on top of Mint. And if something goes horribly wrong with Mint I'll probably switch to Debian.

I for one appreciate your work. Saves me a lot of time. Reminds me, I should make a donation.
