Yes. Now that I've seen how Klick does it (with mixed success) I think it's worth doing in Tritium - while it's still in the prototype-and-redesign phase.danboid wrote:Is this a planned feature for Tritium TN?

I took the same approach and created a duplex audio bus for each midi track with a synth plugin. There are many wishes:danboid wrote: http://sourceforge.net/p/qtractor/tickets/8/
I posted these as two separate tickets but in my mind it's one and the same as they're both required to fix the amount of unnecessary clicking required to mix down MIDI plugin tracks. Should Rui implement these two I'll create a feature length qtractor tutorial video in return, better than what I did previously for A3.
- Automatic creation and proper audio-routing wouldn't be bad
- A fix for the "insert/aux routing from an out-bus to an in-bus only works when the in-bus was created before the out-bus" would be fine.
- By creating a duplex audio bus for every midi track with a synth plugin the mixer becomes a mess. Ordering the strips in three rows (in, track, out) and allowing to reorder them with the mouse would be great.
But you can workaround that: full control of volume and pan and working aux-sends:
