Re: Dyne:Bolic is back
Hi,
That's great news!
Dyne:Bolic blew my mind when I first tried it many years back and the 'nesting' install method was so unique and simple. Actually Dyne:Bolic was totally my inspiration for AV Linux as far as making it image-based and having a monolithic OS on an ISO ready to use anywhere. I personally find the 'free yourself from the Matrix' ideology a bit heavy handed and it would appear in the release announcement that they are more committed than ever to a countercultural political agenda and notion that all things non-free are evil, but in the end it's great to see this project back on it's feet. Anyone using Linux as an content creating platform owes Jaromil and the Dyne:Bolic folks a huge debt of gratitude!
