Hi,
Does anyone know how to record Hydrogen's MIDI output in a DAW?
I find it much easier to do the initial drum pattern editing in Hydrogen and the final tinkering in the DAW. I've tried recording to Reaper, Ardour and Rosegarden with no luck. Rosegarden shows input on its meter but doesn't record anything.
I'm running KXStudio repos.
Many thanks.

Re: Hydrogen - recording its MIDI Output
The simplest way. You could export the track to midi. You will find that under Project. And then import it into DAW.
Real time connect you can connect for instance over jack. Go to your hydrogen settings and look for the midi connections. Probably, if you know about connections you will immediately understand how to.
