Software For Referencing My Song & LANDR-Mastered Song
I want to use a program that would switch between two of my same song--one is not mastered with LANDR and one is mastered with LANDR. That is, I want to flip between two tracks without starting from the beginning. It has to be seamless. I may have came across Mixxx in the Internet, but I don't need crossfading capabilities. But if anyone does recommend Mixxx, how could I instantly switch between two tracks without any cross-fading?
I'd like some kind of toggle button if you know what I mean. One click and the program mutes the first track and unmutes the second track. Click in the toggle button again and it reverses the process.

You can use Ardour for that.
Put audio file A in one track, and audio file B in another track. Make sure "Exclusive solo" is selected in the preferences. Now you can press play and solo the track you want to hear, the other will be muted.

I use deadbeef and replay gain for this. It is not seamless but you can switch to the same place quickly and easily. Replaygain is the most important part of it though, it gives you a true comparison.

Re: Software For Referencing My Song & LANDR-Mastered Song
Now that there is a decent linux Reaper port, I posted the question at The Reaper Blog,
who does tutorials and sends a monthly email request for new questions
to address in the blog.
Reaper lets you make a string of commands, and assign it to a button.
So I think your desired action is possible. I'll pass along any replies.
(Maybe a script-wizard can do similar in lua for ardour/mixbus?)
You can sign up for the blog, watch videos etc at
http://reaperblog.net
gmac has a debian package for Reaper 5.40 at his bandshed website. It installs
in /opt, hosts native linux plugins nicely, fonts not prettified yet,
qjackctl connections are manual, but the core app works nicely, using a2j.
.vst is the default vst path. It uses a ; separated list to add more locations,
like /usr/lib/vst etc
Menu: Options-->Preferences-->VST
I think Samplitude can do your job, but not in linux.
Cheers

Reaper blog replied to the question, and suggested this:
http://reaperblog.net/2012/08/video-exc ... in-reaper/
The shortcut for exclusive solo is CMD+Option (Mac) or CTRL+ALT (PC), then click the solo button.
Cheers
