I've recently moved GxTuner to github:
and have done some work on it. It's now based up on GTK3+ instead GTK2+ and use the newest pitch-tracker algorithm from the guitarix project.
I've added a tuning indicator and, now, when the tuning difference is less then 1 Cent, it will be shown in 1/100 cents.
This allow perfect pitch tracking from (E0)20Hz to (C6)1050Hz

I've added now a strobe indicator on top, to give visual feedback for tuning up to a accuracy of 1/100 cents.
