New Tuxguitar upgrade

Hi !

I would to report this http://musicsoftware.altervista.org where i've found the upgrade to Tuxguitar 1.2. > 1.3 including linux

Woah! Great! (although the upcoming Musescore 2 replaces much of the Tux Guitar functions). I don't see instructions about building and I'm still not comfortable with this stuff. How do I run it? Have you got it working?

This is not an official release and the notes suggest running the windows version as administrator - suspect?

It is not a good idea to download applications from sites other than the official developer's site.

Avoid general download sites because you don't know what malware might be bundled with the applications..
Acoustic and electric guitar, 5-string banjo, mandolin, midi keyboard.
