qjackctl Won't display on Mint Sound Settings

Hello everybody !
I'm having a very strange issue on Linux Mint 19.3 Kernels 4.15.0-72-lowlatency and 4.15.0-74-lowlatency.
Jack simply doesn't appear on Sound Settings and I can't open any sound application (e.g Ardour, MixBus). Because the subject is new for me, I was wondering if any of you has experienced anything like this before.

Have you used qjackctl or anything like that to try to control jack? Was it working in the past and then stopped working?

Yes I have. Before these two new Kernels .... I'm not sure what is going on.
As you can see on the image file (attached here), Jack is on but sound settings doesn't recognize it. On top of that. Getting tons of Xruns very strange

Not really. Just turning Jack on, to start MixBus as usual. Nothing happened. Then, tried to see it on sound controls and realized that it was not there. as you can see i the picture below.

It must be something on my PC. I'm running Mint 19.3 on another laptop, running the same tests and everything is working.

I dunno. Maybe boot with the older kernel and see if that works.

I did it many times didn't work.
It's an old install. I've been upgrading it since 18.3
Maybe the whole thing is too messed up.

I had trouble upgrading from Mint 18.x to 19.x. Just weird problems everywhere. Rather than troubleshoot I just did a fresh install of Mint 19 and then everything was fine. That was faster than trying to ferret out what went wrong with the upgrade. Good luck, and I hope you get it running soon!

I'll keep trying for the next days or so to see if I can get it fixed. I've got too much stuff to wipe the whole thing off. I do have back ups but, still takes time to format, reinstall optimize for audio pro.

Hi everyone,
Yesterday I did a fresh install on Mint 19.3
Optimized and it happened again in a different machine.
I start Jack But It does not appear on sound preferences.
I'll review my install procedures but I've never faced it before. This never happened.
