In Linuxmint 19.2, I installed the 64bit version of wineasio (wineasio-amd64). However, neither Qjackctl or Cadence list wineasio as a driver option. I am trying to get wineasio to work with a 64bit wine installation of Ableton 10. Any ideas? I installed winehq-stable 4.0, and then wineasio-amd64 from kxstudio's repository in Synaptic Manager.
Thanks.

Re: wineasio-amd64 not listed in Qjackctl
try issuing these two commands as normal user:
wine64 regsvr32 wineasio.dll
wine regsvr32 wineasio.dll
Each will generate a reply in terminal output
declaring success or failure. If there is failure,
the wineasio.dll may be needed in some other
folder under /usr/lib, or folder specifically for 64 bit items.
Hope this helps.

Re: wineasio-amd64 not listed in Qjackctl
I think part of the issue is that I am mixing packages from different repositories. I suspect that the wineasio package, built by Kxstudio, is meant to run with their version of wine (e.g., wine-rt).
