Problem with jack in ubuntu 18.04

In my new laptop I installed ubuntu 18.04 and tried multiple installations of jack1, jack2 qjackqtl 0.4.5 and 0.5.6. I get the following errors:

Any ideas how to solve these problems? It seems that some parameters are wrong.

Go in to the preferences in qjackctl and make sure your soundcard is selected.

Or have a look if your soundcard has a power-knob. I frequently forget to turn it on, then I get errors like this!
