I can't find the setting right now but I think it's 5.
Sorry for the slow initial experience, but we've had a lot of trouble with spam in the past, and this has proven much more effective than all the other 'technical' measures (captcha's, magic questions etc) we tried.

Try reading some topics, and make some good responses,
even just quick fan-guy attaboys etc...this should get you noticed
and approved.

Only raboof can unlock them, we other moderators have never done this before so we don't know (at the moment).
