Plujain-Ramp v1.1.3 and Plujain-ChannelB release

Hi.
New Version of Plujain-Ramp, a rhythmic tremolo LV2 plugin.

New very little LV2 utility plugin: Plujain-ChannelB
This is a simple mono switchbox with 1 input and 2 outputs.
If bypassed, IN will be sent to OUT A, if activated, IN will be sent to OUT B.
Switch is made with an adjustable crossfade, and it can be very, very, very long (1000s).
I made it thinking to its use in a MOD DUO.
