Yoshimi 1.5.2 - Goldfinch

Post by folderol »

A special LAC2017 edition :)

Highlights:

MIDI- learned NRPNs can now be set as 7bit

Many 'switches' are now learnable.

The current MIDI- learned list is included in state saves.

We now implement the fairly new LV2 StateChanged message.

Lots more info in the tarball doc folder.

To build yoshimi fetch the tarball from either:
http://sourceforge.net/projects/yoshimi
Or:
https://github.com/Yoshimi/yoshimi

Our user list archive is at:
https://www.freelists.org/archive/yoshimi
The Yoshimi guy {apparently now an 'elderly'}

I'm proud to be the first to respond to this thread. This version of Yoshimi is beautiful! The install instructions in the tarball were very clear and easy to walk through (for non-programmers like me, that says a lot!) and things just seem to work smoothly. (I hope to have a separate webpage done by the end of the day today.)
Really an enjoyable synth to work with. (Love the colors!)
