Maybe you find more people using OBS in th eOBS forum: https://obsproject.com/forum/

My first guess: OBS can't use jack, so you have to make Bitwig output to Pulseaudio or ALSA.

If Bitwig handles ALSA "specially", so the ALSA->Pulseaudio redirection does not work, then make Bitwig output tu Pulseaudio. If it can't then you might succeed with Bitwig outputting to jack and jack using alsa_out to connect to the ALSA/Pulseaudio world.

You can add jack inputs in obs.

OBS can use jack and it does so out of the box here (Arch). I only get ‘No property available’ if jack is stopped. You need to start jack first and then OBS (it seems the latter is not aware of the former’s status changes, so, if you start OBS first without jack running and then start jack, it will not know it’s running).

Please post screen caps with setting (both OBS et Ardour), when/if you get it figured out. That would be spiffy.

What are you going to stream?
If it is for streaming completed songs you could use Mixxx as this already has a build in streaming function.
