hehe, don't read into the banjo comments too much, it was an in-joke based on comments made by JeffG last year in another thread, I just couldn't resist, sorry :oops:

..it cannot be properly translated, but the picture that may go with it, is the classical Iberian roadworks: one guy holding a shovel, whilst five more are instructing him on how to best use it.
