A good tip this, and thanks for posting it.

The Denemo team (frontend for the mighty Lilypond) have been making great strides forward in the new development cycle, and Denemo will be a big part of our Open Octave Project going foward. The most recent Denemo version now auto downloads up to date scripts from their ftp server, so it's likely any script destined for Lilypond, will end up in Denemo, for the user to include, in a user friendly interface.

More about Denemo here:

There is a new version out. Check thread: "Articulate midi script" on the lilypond user mailinglist
You don't actually have to use lilywrap: all it does is insert
\include "articulate.ly"
near the top of the file, and insert

\unfoldRepeats \articulate

around the main part of the score. In fact, in the general case,
you're better off adding it all by hand --- especially if there is
anything between the \score{ and the first bit of real music.
