Convert LinuxSampler LSCP to MIDNAM (for Ardour 3)

At the time the OOMIDI team was working with Rosegarden, they had scripts to convert LSCP files to MIDNAM, which you can use in Ardour 3.
MIDNAM files makes it able to change patches of your Linuxsampler files in a 'human readable way'
