Hi,

Wow nice work l0wt3ch!

I wonder if a little less drop shadow or perhaps a smaller blur radius between the staff lines and around the letters would make the logo letters 'pop' a little more? I really like it but I find the staff lines and letters kind of compete for my attention when I first look at it.

Just a passing comment...

I like your logo, though I have some more suggestions: The horizontal lines suggest a music staff but there are are too many lines - how about reducing the number to 4 like a regular music staff. Possibly replace some letters with musical notes - the i's could become dotted quarter notes and the o a whole note for example. Another idea is to have Tux sing the notes on the left side (have them come out of his mouth), and/or have Tux playing an instrument. Anyway, nice job on the logo.

Hey thanks GMaq. I see what you mean, so I faded the staff lines, and I think it looks a lot better!

Latest version

@varpa: changing the number of staff lines isn't possible because they're actually part of the font.

On another note

The second one is quite good. Maybe make a guitar fretboard out of the horizontal lines (instead of the notes).

Ok, the new links work.

With regards to the logos, sorry for sounding negative but IMHO they aren't right. Headphone symbolise music consumption, tux should be playing an instrument not just having headphones on, also the font is IMHO to spindly.

Thank you. :D I shall communicate this to the artist.

Hm...you may have a point. I'll communicate this to the artist so that changes may be made, then we can wait for comments and concensus from everyone.

Scary Hallo, I hope you (and anyone else having trouble with the links) can view them now. Although I wish attachments would be displayed as DL links...in the current form they're bloating the thread =\
