Its a time to get together with family and friends and argue over things that noone is really that deeply invested in and say how thankful we are for everything and everyone in our lives. And to eat so much food that we feel sick and ashamed because though we are thankful we are severely overweight.

Well today I celebrated the fact that - in spite of all the badness around - on a crisp but sunny autumn day, I can take a stroll down my 'hidden' path, scuffing up the leaves with my feet and not a care in the world... Just about here
