You need to clean up here and there by making some threads sticky!
For example, in the subforum "Linux Distributions & Other Software", if the principal topic is "linux distro", you want to consider making a discussion thread for a particular distro sticky so it stands out over the "noise". So one sticky thread per distro seems to me highly relevant!

I agree. For example, the howto request and the common sollutions threads has to be sticked......
Also the 'software which is really useful thread'...
I think the moderators could be more active to manage the forum. There are a lot of suggestions done...
Also the spam users should be removed, it is easy to see which is a bolt....
