haha, nope. P2P meaning no central servers, no big internet company to screw it up for profit. The networking equivalent of open-source.

There IS a program for jamming over the internet, but latency would be >50ms for most people, so that's hopeless.
I guess the best approximation is to share tracks via something like Dropbox. Drop the other people's tracks into your DAW, record your track, share it, and repeat.
