Just nobody knows about them, and it's a nice desert...

I think LM is a better forum for this anyway. We have people who are more experienced with audio config & packaging on debian/ubuntu distros who would surely offer some helpful advice if it doesn't involve logging into yet another forum. It's all Linux, it's not (and shouldn't be) particularly specific to Arch. And this is friendlier place for musicians just trying to get stuff working.
That said, it's a chicken-and-egg problem for me. I haven't used Arch in years and I won't go back if pro audio is a pain.
