Is somebody working with it? Are there packages available?
How good does it work with other jack driven applications and how good is it in contrast to ardour?
Can you do beat and tempo changes within a project (like you do in ardour with klick2ardour)?

Re: Non-DAW
I recently profiled a batch of Linux DAWs, including the Non-DAW. "Minimal" would be my overall estimation, but I don't mean to imply that it's a weak performer. It's not designed like Ardour at all, so any comparison would put both in a poor light. (I'm dedicated to Ardour.)zwenny wrote:Is somebody working with it? Are there packages available?

It's meant to be used in a modular environment, so yes, it plays nicely with other JACK apps. The beat/tempo stuff you'll have to find for yourself, if it's in there at all.
It's easy to learn and seemed stable enough during my tests.
Best,

Re: Non-DAW
Thanks for your reply, but as i've just encountered here the project seems to be dead. What a pity!
