Serif font in ardour after upgrade to debian buster

Post by hdr »

Hi,
for some reason there is a serif-font in ardour since I upgraded from debian stretch to buster. Thats very ugly and inconvenient. Do you have the same issue? How can I change that to the "normal" font?

yes, sorry it's mine, i forgot to return here to post:
Just rename the libfontconfig.so.1 (at /opt/ardour/lib/) to libfontconfig.so.1.bkp
I worked for me.

Cool, thanks. That resolved both the font problems and the delayed start after upgrade to Buster (with additional KXStudio repos).

Cheers,
