Therein lies the problem... Specifying the USB audio interface would require using the 'alsa' jackd driver - netJack needs 'netone' :-( I'm not sure if something like alsa_in/out might work, but I'm worried about timing - as stated, the primary goal here is to get all inputs (including the USB inter...

Understood.
Now, how do I get the USB cable to show up as a slave port? Additionally, how do I get the cable's timings configured separately to the master?
This is starting to feel a lot like multiple audio interfaces under JACK, perhaps not unusually...

Update... I could have *sworn* that mic'ing the cab made no difference - but, when I went over all tests again, I could no longer replicate the problem in that configuration. Sounds better (tonally) too - what a deal! :-) @slowpick: Yup - I'm aiming to acquire a Mustang II (the 40w, 12" speaker...
